Oceanside to Denver: 1,090 miles over the Rockies
This is our longest Western route and the most involved. Our truck runs north on I-15 N through Las Vegas and into Utah, then turns east on I-70 E to climb the Rocky Mountains into Colorado and drop into the Denver metro. It is about 1,090 miles and roughly 17 hours of driving, which with mandatory rest breaks spreads into a 2-to-4-day delivery window. Everything stays on one dedicated truck, GPS-tracked the entire way.
An interstate haul across several states
You cross from California through Nevada and Utah into Colorado, so this is a federally regulated interstate move under our USDOT and MC authority. No shared trailers, no consolidating your sofa with three other households.
What the drive is like
The defining stretch is I-70 through the Rockies, including the climb toward the Eisenhower Tunnel at over 11,000 feet. From October into April that corridor sees snow and chain controls. Our driver carries chains, checks pass conditions every day, and will hold for a closure rather than gamble. Summer is the easy season here.
Delivery windows and pricing

Long interstate moves are where non-binding estimates do the most damage: a low quote, then a reweigh and a much larger bill at delivery a thousand miles from home. We lock a binding flat rate after the walkthrough, so the price is fixed before the truck leaves Oceanside. Book well ahead for summer dates and watch the I-70 forecast for winter moves.
