The fast-growing master-planned neighborhoods have their own gates and rules, the wine-country estates east of town sit on real acreage, and the older central streets are their own job. Whatever the move, the extra distance goes into the flat written quote up front — no travel surcharge sprung on you after the truck is loaded.
The master-planned communities
Harveston, Redhawk, Paloma del Sol and the other planned neighborhoods off Winchester Rd and Rancho California Rd come with gate codes, posted access hours, and sometimes a COI the HOA wants on file. We send the crew roster and truck details ahead, keep to the community’s rules, and Brianna clears the paperwork so move day starts at the door, not the guard shack. These tracts have wide streets and good staging, so the load itself usually goes fast.
Wine country and central Temecula
East on Rancho California Rd toward De Portola the city turns to vineyard and estate properties on acreage, with longer private drives we scout before quoting and shuttle when a full van can’t make the approach. Closer in, the older central neighborhoods bring tighter streets and the occasional narrow doorway we pad and work patiently. Full packing is a common add for the bigger houses up here.
