Moving the whole North County house
A full house is more than boxes. It is the garage fridge, the patio set, the kid’s bunk bed, and the dresser that barely cleared the door going in. Our crew handles all of it, and because we run our own trucks, the team that wraps your home is the team that rebuilds it across town.
What the price covers
A right-sized crew, disassembly and reassembly of your furniture, full padding, loading, the drive, and unloading into the rooms you choose. We protect floors and frames at both ends.
How the day goes
We walk the house, pad and stage by room, load in a logical order, then unload the same way so the right boxes land in the right rooms. Owner Gabe Navarro grew up in Oceanside’s Fire Mountain and built the routine around real local homes, where the garage holds more than the bedrooms and the patio set always gets forgotten until the last trip. We watch for original hardwood, narrow Vista hillside driveways, and the gate clearance that decides whether the big truck or a shuttle does the run.
What is NOT included
A standard house move is load-and-place, not full packing, and we do not move plants in soil over state lines, firearms, propane, or hazardous chemicals. We also leave wall-mounted TVs and gas-line appliances for you or a tech to disconnect. Need everything boxed? Add full-pack and skip the cardboard run.
Price guidance
Flat-rate house moves start at $845 for a three-bedroom; two-bedroom homes start at $575 and one-bedrooms at $365. Hourly is available at $139/hr with a two-hour minimum if your place is on the smaller side.
