What the price covers
COI paperwork to your manager, freight elevator coordination, lobby and corner protection, stair carries, and the wrapping that keeps your dresser off the stairwell wall.
How the day goes
We confirm the elevator window and gate access, pad the route through tight hallways, and load in the order that keeps the elevator trips short. For coastal condos along CA-101 we plan around the loading zone so we are not blocking the only driveway, and we scout the stair turns ahead of time so a sofa does not get stuck on a landing. Gated complexes in San Marcos and Escondido get the gate code and call-box plan sorted before the truck leaves our yard.
What is NOT included
We do not cover HOA move-in deposits, elevator-reservation fees, or building fines, and a standard apartment move does not include packing your kitchen. We will draft and send the COI, but the deposit and any building paperwork stay between you and management.
Price guidance
Flat-rate studios and one-bedrooms start at $365, two-bedrooms at $575. Hourly two-mover crews run $139/hr with a two-hour minimum if your unit is small and elevator-served, and the stair count is always priced before you sign.
